3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification is a formal legal document that you prepare and send to Cuevana3. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Cuevana3 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Cuevana3 has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. Cuevana3 reserves the right to terminate without notice any user's access to the Service if that user is determined by Cuevana3, in its sole discretion, to be a "repeat infringer." A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified by Cuevana3 of infringing activity violations more than twice and/or who has had their content removed from the Service more than twice. Cuevana3 also accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify and protect their works.
