Overview
Unos mil pasajeros que viajan en tren se contagian de un virus mortal. El responsable de la epidemia es un terrorista que, huyendo de la policía, subió a ese tren. El coronel Mackenzie, el médico Jonathan Chamberlain y su mujer intentan controlar la situación y procuran detener al terrorista. Tras el fracaso de la operación, Mackenzie intentará reconducir el tren en dirección al puente de Casandra.
